Rommelag is an SME typical in Germany: as inventor of the blow-fill-seal technology, Rommelag is the global leader in bottling and packing plant technologies for the aseptic filling of liquids and semi-solids mainly used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. 1,800 employees serve customers in more than 80 countries around the world.
So it is hardly surprising that participating in trade fairs plays a central role in the company’s global marketing efforts. Whether at leading fairs in Germany with extensive stands of over 300 m² or niche events far away with just 12 m².
medienformer asked fairconcept to develop a modular and adaptable trade show concept that could be adapted to all size stands and provide a uniform and instantly recognisable fair presence anywhere in the world. The “hardware” concept was accompanied by the development of a “tradeshow manual”, which would lay out the standards for decentralized planning before, during, and after the trade fair. The overall concept also included the introduction of a central information cycle (learning system), where participants around the globe would document the key figures from the trade show appearance so that everyone could have access to them while planning for future trade fairs.
